Mission Context
Join an exciting project in the airline industry, where data plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and digital transformation.
As part of our digital analytics and optimization services, you will contribute to enhancing airlines’ digital performance through advanced CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies. Your role will involve transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, helping businesses maximize their online conversion rates and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client data, KPIs, and market trends (competitors, products, suppliers) to develop insights that drive decision-making.
- Support airlines in optimizing their e-commerce platforms, advising on media mix, SEO/SEM strategies, upselling opportunities, and more.
- Conduct detailed audits of digital platforms (websites, landing pages, mobile apps) to identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user behavior analyses to enhance conversion rates.
- Implement and integrate CRO tools such as Adobe Target, Contentsquare, and others into client ecosystems.
- Stay up to date with CRO best practices and emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions to client projects.
- Train and support client teams in maintaining and scaling CRO programs, fostering a culture of continuous optimization.
Profile
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or UX optimization, with a proven track record of implementing CRO frameworks and tools (Adobe Target, VWO, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and behavioral analytics platforms (Contentsquare, Quantum Metric).
- Functional Skills: Strong ability to analyze business needs, provide strategic recommendations, and manage complex digital projects.
- Languages: Fluent English is essential.
